Entertainment News: Bollywood actor Sonu Sood, who became a national hero during the COVID-19 crisis for helping thousands of people, is once again being praised. This time, the actor grabbed attention not for helping people but for safely rescuing a snake from his residential society.
On Saturday, Sonu Sood posted a video on his official Instagram account showing himself catching a large snake. The snake had entered the society premises, and instead of panicking, Sonu calmly handled the situation. In the video, Sonu can be seen holding the snake carefully while explaining that it was a rat snake—a non-venomous and harmless species.
In the video, Sonu says, This is a rat snake. It’s not poisonous, but still, it must be handled carefully. We know a bit about catching such snakes, so we managed it. But I request others not to do this on their own. Always call for help or experts.”
He also shared in the caption “Har Har Mahadev,” respecting the holy month of Sawan, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. His calm demeanor and respectful treatment of the snake impressed thousands of fans.
The snake, reportedly around 4 feet long, was held gently by Sonu as he explained the entire rescue process. After safely catching it, Sonu said they would release the snake into its natural habitat, away from human areas. His thoughtful and safe approach was appreciated by wildlife lovers and fans alike.
Social media users quickly flooded the comment section with praise, calling Sonu Sood a "real-life superhero." Some even added humor to their admiration. One user wrote, “Sir, did you also drop the snake to its home?” Another commented, You help everyone—humans or animals—you are always ready!”
Some fans remembered his COVID-era efforts, jokingly saying, “If Sonu Sood is around, no one is homeless… not even a snake!”
